Hypervibrant is an innovation and strategy firm that helps teams get unstuck and bring big ideas to life through high-impact sprints and retreats.

Hi friends, I'm Dustin ~ founder and sole human behind Hypervibrant. This firm embodies the culmination of my 20+ years of experience across design, engineering, and product disciplines, infused with a deep love for helping founders, creative leaders, and their teams cut through noise and dysfunction to unlock their true innovative potential.

I've received advanced training in design leadership and collaborative innovation from SCAD, and have spent the past 13+ years putting that learning into practice, leading multi-disciplinary teams and innovative projects across a wide range of early-stage tech companies, as a founder, executive, early employee, advisor, and mentor.

I've also received advanced certifications in workshop design and facilitation from AJ&Smart, and Design Sprint certifications from both AJ&Smart and Jake Knapp.

Bringing new ideas to life is what I love to do, and creative facilitation is a fundamental part of how I do it.

Mission

Hypervibrant exists to amplify and accelerate the success of innovative companies and initiatives that are working toward a vision of a vibrant, livable planet and the health and vitality of all who call her home.

We are in the midst of a tectonic shift in consciousness in how we relate to each other, to ourselves, and to the Earth - and not a moment too soon. Catastrophic climate change, ecosystem collapse, and mass extinction are not distant possibilities. They are ever-present realities.

The time for deep, systemic change is now, and it's needed at a speed and scale never before attempted by humanity. Our innate creativity and technological ingenuity are among our greatest strengths and will be absolutely critical in this effort.

And yet, modern teamwork is broken. The ways in which people attempt to create and innovate together are largely stuck in the past.

Hypervibrant was founded to help teams bring big, bold ideas to life by breaking through the noise and dysfunction that defines so much of collaboration as it is practiced today.
